Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico?
Sorry, but due to the sensitive nature of these food items, we only ship to continental USA at this time. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time.
What is your policy & method for shipping meltable items like chocolate?
During the warm months of the year (April 15 - October 15), we ship all meltable items with insulation and ice packs. Some meltable items are not eligible for insulated shipping if they are too bulky.
From April 15 to October 15, it is mandatory that you select a shipping option of Overnight Shipping to be eligible to receive a refund in the event your order melts. If you selected regular ground shipping, we will not be responsible in the event that your item arrives melted. It is highly advisable that you select overnight shipping and monitor the tracking information closely.
What is your return policy?
We have a 'No Hassle Refunds' Policy, which means if you don't like the product or have an issue, we will process a return - no questions asked. We may also provide a refund in full if there are quality concerns.
Meltable Items: In order for these items to be eligible for any sort of return or refund, overnight shipping must be selected. Unfortunately, we cannot process a return or refund for meltable items during the summer months (April 15 - October 15) unless this shipping type is selected. If another shipping method is selected, we cannot process a return or refund.
Do you have a minimum for free shipping?
All our catalog has been updated to offer our customers discounted, wholesale prices! Because of this, we do not offer free shipping. The more you order, the lower your average shipping cost and landed cost will be per item.
What shipping methods do you use?
We generally ship with UPS unless the shipping location does not allow it, then we will ship with USPS. If your order is particularly large, we may reach out to you to request shipping it on a pallet. It is highly advisable to accept pallets if your order is on the larger size.
Do you offer local delivery?
We offer free local delivery within Dallas-Fort Worth on orders of $400 or more.
